Giovanni Ceccarelli publishes a piano solo live video dedicated to the city of Damascus

 

Since the summer of 2016 Giovanni Ceccarelli has been giving Concerts for Syria, benefit events which aim to do fundraising for helping the civilians inside of Syria. These concerts are for the benefit of Life4Syria, an association providing humanitarian relief.

This new video is a piano solo rendition of Ceccarelli’s composition “Damasco”. It is dedicated to the capital of Syria, where the pianist and his family lived for a year just before things got much worse there.
