Italian newspaper “Il Mattino” interviews Ivan Lins concerning his concert with InventaRio at the Ravello Festival

 

On July 10th “InventaRio incontra Ivan Lins” opened the prestigious Ravello Festival in Italy, whose jazz section is directed by great vocalist Maria Pia De Vito.

Ivan Lins and InventaRio – featuring Giovanni Ceccarelli, Ferruccio Spinetti, and Francesco Petreni -played a selection of songs by the carioca composer, singer, and pianist.

Their album “InventaRio incontra Ivan Lins” was awarded in 2014 with a nomination by the Latin Grammy Awards as “Best MPB Album”.
