Daniele di Bonaventura and Giovanni Ceccarelli recently recorded their second album together. It is a tribute to the music of Tom Jobim.
Presenting a repertoire of less known composition by the Brazilian master, this studio recording features as guest artists Ivan Lins and Jaques Morelenbaum, who recorded with Daniele and Giovanni a few months ago in Italy.
The duo’s third guest artist is French young jazz star Camille Bertault. Daniele and Giovanni recorded with her a song at the Studio de Meudon in France.
The album, entitled “Eu Te Amo – The Music Of Tom Jobim” will be released next fall by Bonsaï Music.
