Giovanni Ceccarelli tours Morocco for concerts and artists residence

 

On November 17th through the 24th Giovanni Ceccarelli toured Morocco with vocalist Sophia Charaï.

The group was completed by double bassist Mauro Gargano. The trio did an artists residence in Fez for the French Institute from the 18th to the 21st. The residence was completed by a concert at Dar Batha, featuring Moroccan percussionist Mohcine Assalmi.

On the 23rd the trio performed at Visa for Music in Rabat, by giving a concert at Café Renaissance.
